Are your products machine washable?
All of our products that are made with 100% cotton materials are machine washable and reusable! You can see which materials we use for an item in the description for that item. If you're unsure about what materials are used for a particular item, or if the description for an item does not indicate what materials were used, please reach out to us at: info@cinnaluna.com
Do you offer custom items?
Yes! You can find information on custom orders here.
You only have one of a particular item, but I want to buy more than one. Can you make more for me to buy?
Unfortunately, due to the materials that we have in stock, what is currently listed on our website is all that we have available for purchase. If you'd like another similar item, you can certainly contact us to request a custom order, however the pricing would be different. Find more information on custom orders here.
How long before my order ships?
All orders have a two business day processing time. Your order should ship on the third business day, although small delays can occasionally happen.
How long does your jewelry last?
With proper care and use it should last for generations!
How should I care for my jewelry?
Our copper and silver jewelry will eventually darken over time, but your jewelry can easily be made bright and shiny again by polishing the piece with the included polishing cloth!
Certain stones, beads, or resin items used in our jewelry pieces are NOT safe for use with jewelry cleaning solutions and submerging them in cleaning solutions, or even water, can permanently damage the stone or bead. If the jewelry you buy from us becomes dirty, you should be able to use a slightly damp cloth to clean it, and then polish it to a beautiful shine using the polishing cloth provided with your order once the piece has completely dried.

Do you accept refunds/returns/exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges. If there has been an error with shipping (i.e. we sent you the wrong item) we will correct our mistake. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us!
